It’s about mastering the unique skills you need to achieve a lifestyle that will help you lose weight gradually and maintain results long-term. Diet cycling is a harmful pattern of depriving and binging that over time results in long term weight gain. Emotional eating is a learned coping skill that you can unlearn with the help of an experienced nutrition coach and mental health professional.

In an 8 week format, Lauren’s health & wellness groups are designed to help clients unlearn diet cycling habits and develop skills to lose weight and maintain lifelong health. We focus on mindfulness, strategies to promote balance and wellbeing, self-care, identifying barriers to success and skills to overcome emotional eating for good. Our groups are nonjudgemental, safe spaces where you will find the support you need to reach your health goals.
